Hi, I’m Karla Paz Prieto, Realtor, Founder of The Bubble Lounge & Roatan Imports, champagne lover, and now….. podcaster and host of Oooh Chile.
I started Oooh Chile to share the wild, hilarious, and sometimes unbelievable stories that life has thrown my way. From my own adventures to the unforgettable experiences of friends, this is a space where nothing’s off limits and laughter is guaranteed.
I’ll be telling my stories and I won’t be doing it alone. My bff Mayra joins me as my cohost, and together we’re serving up laughter, fun, and a little bit of sass each week. And let’s not forget Tino, my furry sidekick, who has a way of stealing the spotlight whenever he pops in. 🐾
So grab a glass of bubbles and come hang out with us, because Oooh Chile… around here the stories flow as freely as the wine!

About Mayra Bautista
Mayra Bautista knows the way to good stories is best shared over a great glass of wine. Born in Nicaragua and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mayra has lived a life full of adventure, from serving in the United States Air Force and Army National Guard to traveling the world and even appearing on the show HGTV’s Caribbean Life.
As a community leader, she’s worked with the Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and lobbied on behalf of women- and minority-owned small businesses. Today, she calls Napa Valley home, where she works at Silver Oak Winery and happily embraces her love of wine, food, and connection.
A proud mom of two daughters, Mayra brings her wit, warmth, and worldliness to the mic. With her best friend of 35 years by her side, she’s here to uncork unbelievable true stories, share plenty of laughs, and remind us all that life is meant to be celebrated…..one glass at a time!
